Satsang Intensive @ VIRTUAL | Metuchen | New Jersey | United States

The purpose of a Satsang Intensive is to deeply explore a passage from the ECK works. It includes reading, reflection, sharing and discussion, and is intended to provide a spiritual setting for a connection to be made between the chela and the Inner Master. You can find additional information about the Satsang Intensive in the Members Area of the ECKANKAR website.

We will be scheduling monthly state-wide, chela-only Satsang Intensives on the 4th Sunday of the month going forward. RSVP to the contact above and you will receive an email confirmation with the passage we will be discussing in this Satsang Intensive.

The quote for our Satsang Intensive on November 26 is:

For the Master’s Touch

“The great doctrine of liberation taught by the Mahanta is set forth here for all who have earned the right to know.  If he has the ears to hear and the eyes to see, all knowledge and glory will be given unto him.

“Every Soul is liberated from the material worlds upon initiation by the Mahanta, who has been granted this power by the Sugmad.  As the representative of the Supreme Deity in all planes below the Anami Lok, he in turn releases and transfers the consciousness of spiritual freedom to all who desire to have freedom through the ECK.”

 The Shariyat-Ki-Sugmad, Book One, p.63.

Sri Harold quotes this passage in Spiritual Exercises for The Shariyat Book One, p.45, and adds: “As you begin to sing HU, see yourself in the radiant presence of the Mahanta.  He gently touches your eyes and ears with his fingertips.  He may join you in singing the ancient name for God.  Know that your eyes and ears are open in a more profound way to the Light and Sound of God.”

Video Conference—This event will take place as a Zoom meeting. The class is open to current members of Eckankar. If you plan to attend for the first time, please call or email the above contact. The Arahata will email you the Zoom connection information shortly.
