What to Expect:
- First, there will be a brief introduction and of the Sound of Soul.
- Next, you’ll hear a beautiful contemplation seed to inspire your journey.
- Then, participants will Chant HU (pronounced “hue”) for 15–20 minutes in a supportive environment.
- When the singing concludes, enjoy a few moments of quiet contemplation.
- Afterward, we will hold a meaningful spiritual conversation with others of like heart.
