On a beautiful Saturday afternoon in October, several visitors explored the Contemplation Corner, taking home booklets and gaining valuable insights. Some attendees even signed up for more information about Eckankar events in New Jersey.
Eckankar in New Jersey recently sponsored a unique Self-Service Contemplation Corner at the Kinney Community Garden in Newark Seekers looking for a peaceful moment of self-reflection. This serene space was designed to inspire spiritual growth and inner guidance, offering visitors an opportunity to connect with their hearts.
What is the Contemplation Corner?
Nestled in a quiet corner of the garden, the Contemplation Corner featured free ECK Wisdom booklets, each offering profound insights into spiritual exploration. Visitors were encouraged to pause, reflect, and choose a booklet that resonated with them. A helpful sign guided participants with steps like “Pause into stillness” and “Take whichever one calls to your heart.”
A Special Experience in the Garden
Local ECKists, including garden enthusiast Joni Wellness, created the display and welcomed visitors with warmth. Peggy Pilch, another ECKist, was also present to chat with guests who wished to learn more.
This thoughtful initiative offered not only the beauty of nature but also a chance for self-discovery and spiritual growth.
