Each monthly meeting of the SSNJ Local Directors is preceded by a contemplation seed from the Mahanta’s works that each Local Director is asked reflect upon prior to the scheduled meeting. Most readings have a thread relating to leadership awareness and ECK service and leadership, specifically. Local Directors participate in a discussion and meeting agenda based on these principles. Full local area reports are given, shared and discussed at each meeting.
